Description of Role:
The candidate will be expected to drive project coordination activities for the workstream to which they are aligned. This includes include scheduling, transcription, and distribution of meeting minutes, managing documentation and deliverables, development of weekly updates, facilitating data collection for status reporting, and strategic planning support.
The Senior PA will be a vital supporter for the PMs to which they are aligned, helping them in whatever they may need support to get the job done.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of work experience
- Experience with project management
- Some executive assistance skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook Word, etc)
Familiarity with Banking terminology is a plus
